Mine is always oversensitive to touch
@Gaming.Gamer.
Very good way of introducing the issue. If you ask me, it's allways good to ask first before touching.
Sadly, not everyone respects that part of us. I for example have the problem that my own mother touches me in ways I don't like (like, not in a +18 movie but, like, hugging me without my permission or randomly running her hands through my hair), even though I regulary tell her not to do that and sometimes even squirm and hiss at her like a cat. If I'm getting touched by something without me being aware of it, it just feels uncomfortable, even if it's my own blanket or something.
The only one who I allow to touch me at any time without needing my consent is my Girlfriend because she knows where she can touch me and where I'm too sensitive.
@Savitar.2020
I have the same issue of my mom touching me like giving me hugs and touching my head (I hate hugs for some reason)
@lachy-x9761
Yo yes my mum does this too and it's too much I absolutely hate it I am not a short tempted person by any means I can take unlimited verbal abuse but the second that physical barrier is broken I am furious.
@Savitar.2020
@@lachy-x9761 Same, I have a really chill temper until someone touches me. My mom yelled at me once for shrugging away her hand when she gently touched my back, but for me gentle touches are the worst
@Savitar.2020
My family will touch my shoulder, nudge my arm, ruffle my hair, or my Mom will give me a hug without my permission and I hate when any of those things occur. I've never looked into if I have mild autism or not, so I could just hate when people touch me, I don't know.
@melaniewantsabeer243
It fells violating for me when someone grabs me by the shoulder. It just does
@Gaming.Gamer.
I have the same thing with my head. It just feels super uncomfortable, even if someone just runs their fingers through my hair.
@jesseberry7521
Omg these are all me 😭😭😭😭😭😭

I concur — and approve of this message. 😅
(But- the title is incorrect, as the video states “…what does it look like to be *over*sensitive to [touch]?” Please edit that.)
