Though originally presented as a villain, Strong Bad has been favorably embraced by pop-culture for his quick-witted sarcasm and infectiously abrasive voice. He is usually seen as the most popular character, although some fans object to the frequency which he appears in comparison to other characters. His voice has changed over the while from a distinctly Mexican accent to a more American one, but still retaining its "rough" quality. His eyes have also become steadily smaller.
In one of his Strong Bad Email toons, the authors ended up creating a song called "Trogdor", which is a bonus track in the game Guitar Hero II.

Can you play the guitar?
Derrek Highet, Northern California
a> Hey Derrek! Not much, man. Yeah I can play the guitar! I know all about virtuosos, and trembalos, and arpeggios, I can do it all! I can play your basic rhythm guitar, like:
jug jigga jug jigga jug jigga JAH JAAH! jiggity jug jigga jug jigga JAH JAAAH!
You know, something like that. I can also play some pretty hot lixx, too. You know, when you're way up high on the tiny strings, and you mash your fingers on 'em
Yeah, yeah and then Strong Mad comes in on his bass and he's like
dou dou dou dou dou dou dou dou dou dou dou dou dou dou
And then the Cheat comes in on his keyboard and he's like
boop boop boop boop boop boop boop boop boop boop boo boop
And I'm like
And the dragon comes in the NNNNNNIIIIIIIIIIIIHHHHHHHHHGGGGGGGGTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!
!
*Strong Bad falls off of his chair. He hold a lighter up and starts to burn The Paper*
Oh yeah! The greatest hit, baby!

My first band did this. We made this into a real metal song as an opener, introducing ourselves, then segued into Trogdor. Still my favorite way ever to start a gig.
