Mountain
Su Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

I feel a sting when I think of

All the things I should have said and done

Push comes to shove over nothing
Fall into a shame that’s mountain size

I should have known better

Than to depend on you

I should have known better

I looked around inside a hollow pride

I should have known better

Than to depend on you

I should have known better

Than to depend on you

I should have known better

Than to depend on you

I should have known better

Overall Meaning

The lyrics of Su's song "Mountain" reflect on feelings of regret and dependence on someone who let the singer down. The first stanza describes a painful realization of missed opportunities, causing a sense of shame that feels like an overwhelming mountain. The second stanza implies that the singer wasn't aware of the other's shortcomings, having placed their trust in them. The repetition of "I should have known better" emphasizes the hindsight regret and the sense of personal responsibility for not recognizing the situation earlier. The line "I looked around inside a hollow pride" hints at how pride may have clouded the singer's judgment, leading to misplaced trust.

The song's message is relatable and tackles themes of introspection, trust, and regret. It's a reminder to think twice about who we choose to depend on and not to let our pride cloud our judgment. Su's emotional delivery and strong voice suit the lyrical content, highlighting the message's intensity.

They makes some really nice bags. I love the stand option on the C130S. Nice when going to the range. I would love to see a collapsible hood or cover feature for those rainy or misty days. Something where you can keep your clubs dry yet not get your hands wet when you reach for a club. Thanks to Devin for the demo. Great job.

@yukonliving

Absolutely LOVE my Sun Mountain bags! Wouldn't pick any other! Right now I'm using a beautiful C130, but have it strapped to my push cart. Works like a dream!

@TacticalJava

I was curious about this; the c130 performs and functions well for you on a pushcart? What kind of push cart do you have? I have a Clicgear 3.5+ and am looking for a bag with lots of storage and features but also functions very well with my particular push cart. Thanks in advance!

@dank5495

@Jeff B Hi, did you end up using the C-130 with your push cart? I would like to do the same. Thanks in advance

@TacticalJava

@Dan K I actually went with the Ogio Woody Hybrid 8 bag. Love it. I did see the 130 in person AFter the Ogio purchase, and it does look like it would fit well with a push cart. Not sure if that helps :/

@dank5495

@Jeff B Thanks for the info, Jeff. I will check out the Ogio as well . Cheers

@TacticalJava

@Dan K cheers! Best of luck. I think Ogio and Sun Mountain both make great bags!

I switched back to the Sun Mountain C-130 5 way back this fall and love it. I got tired of my 15 org slots not holding up and not being able to get the clubs in and out. I am super glad I am back with Sun Mountain.

@mwillgo

As a push cart walker, I’m thinking the Sync bag in red, white and blue will be great. Lots of cool features. MyGolfSpy did a great review of that bag.

@KingKongTube83

I couldn't find it
