Their live performances are wild and usually contain weird costumes. Juho has a custom of performing naked, painted with a colour of body paint.
Music videos of songs "Kolme kysymystä, kaksi vastausta", "Keskusta" and "Ducato" can be seen on their Youtube page.
In 2010 Sydän, sydän went on a hiatus. Their last gig at the time was seen 9th of January 2010 in Helsinki. Sydän, sydän was the last performer in a happening called RabbitFest (took place in a restaurant boat Wäiski).

Sydän sydän Lyrics

Räkä pursuaa päästä
Turvonneet silmät tukkeutuvat rähmästä
Saat huuta muttet puhua
Saat hyppiä muttet kävellä
Siis an-tau-du beibe
Kalvot paukkuvat puhki
Olet nyt täällä
Vallassamme noi tunnit
Saat huuta muttet puhua
Saat hyppiä muttet kävellä
Siis an-tau-du
Raunioista alkaa nousta kukkasia,
Kuka poltti Siperian?
Emme tiedä (2x)
Tunnetkos tämän
Suonet sykkivät verta
Pumppaavan raivon käyntiin sadatta kertaa
Saat huuta muttet puhua
Saat hyppiä muttet kävellä
Siis an-tau-du
Raunioista alkaa nousta kukkasia,
Kuka poltti Siperian?
Emme tiedä (4x)
The lyrics to Sydän sydän's song "100 rikki" are full of vivid and powerful imagery. The first stanza describes an overwhelming sense of physical discomfort and pain, with mucus clogging up the singer's nose and swelling in their eyes. The second stanza takes a darker turn, with the singer feeling trapped and powerless in the grasp of someone or something that controls their every move. The repeated refrain of "Saat huuta muttet puhua / Saat hyppiä muttet kävellä / Siis an-tau-du" reinforces this sense of helplessness and captivity.
The song then takes another unexpected turn with the third stanza, which describes flowers blooming from ruins and asks the provocative question, "Kuka poltti Siperian?" This lyric can be interpreted in a number of ways, but seems to suggest that beauty and growth can arise from even the most devastating and destructive situations. The fourth and final stanza returns to the themes of pain and anger, as the singer's veins pulse with rage for the hundredth time.
Overall, "100 rikki" is a complex and emotional song that explores themes of physical and emotional pain, captivity, growth, and rage. The vivid imagery and repetition of key phrases creates a sense of intensity and urgency that resonates with listeners.
