Their live performances are wild and usually contain weird costumes. Juho has a custom of performing naked, painted with a colour of body paint.
Music videos of songs "Kolme kysymystä, kaksi vastausta", "Keskusta" and "Ducato" can be seen on their Youtube page.
In 2010 Sydän, sydän went on a hiatus. Their last gig at the time was seen 9th of January 2010 in Helsinki. Sydän, sydän was the last performer in a happening called RabbitFest (took place in a restaurant boat Wäiski).

Sanon, että en pidä tästä tunnelmasta
Jonkun toisen mailla väärään suuntaan kävelen, pimeässä metsässä, pala kurkussa. Sain oksasta silmääni! Pitäisikö soittaa apua, teeskennellä joku vamma ja palata?
Hoosianna! Hoosianna!
Pääni on kumia
Jonkun toisen mailla väärään suuntaan kävelen, pimeässä metsässä, pala kurkussa. Sain oksasta silmääni! Pitäisikö soittaa apua, teeskennellä joku vamma ja palata?
Hoosianna! Hoosianna!

The lyrics of Sydän Sydän's song Käykö täällä Visa Electron? describe a feeling of uneasiness and confusion. The first verse mentions something terrible happening when entering a warm place, and the singer expresses their discomfort with the situation. The second verse describes wandering in the wrong direction, feeling lost in a dark forest with a lump in their throat and an eye injured by a branch. The singer considers calling for help, but also thinks about faking an injury and returning. The chorus, which features the word "hoosianna," seems to mock the idea of salvation, perhaps emphasizing the hopeless feeling of the singer.
The third verse continues the theme of violence and injury, describing a bloody nose and the singer attempting to cover it up by coloring it with a marker. The fourth verse expresses a desire to stay in one place until someone finds their swollen body in the forest. The fifth verse compares the situation to being in a circus, with the singer feeling the need to do something but not knowing what to do. The final verse repeats the second verse, emphasizing the feeling of being lost and confused. The song ends with a question about the location of a street called Kivisaarentie.
Overall, the song presents a bleak and unsettling atmosphere, with disjointed imagery and a sense of aimlessness. The repetition of certain lines and phrases, such as "Jonkun toisen mailla väärään suuntaan kävelen" and "Missä on Kivisaarentie?" suggests a kind of circularity or repetition that adds to the feeling of being lost or trapped.
