Mather previously had experience with electro-industrial music in his former band, Aslan Faction. After some time, Aslan Faction stopped performing live and making new music, which persuaded Anthony Mather to devote himself totally to Tactical Sekt. The album Geneticide was soon put out and it featured, as Ant said in one interview: "...mostly songs that didn't fit into Aslan Faction music profile...".
Soon after Geneticide in 2003, Burn Process was released. The music and the atmosphere was much more euro-trance alike, emphasizing that Aslan Faction days were over.
In the following years Tactical Sekt were mostly performing live and doing remixes for other acts.
In spring 2006, Syncope was released.
In August of 2010, the band announced that after a long wait, a new album was in the works. There is no working title yet released.

Burn Process
Tactical Sekt Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Death processors
Chemical cocktail
Society feeds on the defenceless
Hate incarnate
Evil incarnations
Blame your culture
Burn process
Stealing posesions
Theft of souls
Squandering away the resurrection
Pain decided
Structured dealing of the dead
Tear the flesh away
Extinction is a viable threat
Plasma melting this flesh away
No time to hear my confession
And now my future is gone away
I'm falling into deep depression
Burn process
Annihilation
Burn!
Burn process
Death processes
Chemical cocktail
Society breeds on the defenceless
Hate invited
Evil incarnation
Hate your culture
Justified invocation?
The lyrics of Tactical Sekt's song Burn Process are a scathing critique of society's propensity to prey on the weak and defenceless. The song paints a picture of a world that is inherently evil and feeds off the misery of others. The first stanza introduces the theme of chemical and societal destruction, with lines like "burn process" and "society feeds on the defenceless." The second stanza speaks to the idea that this evil is not inherent but instead comes from a culture that justifies and even encourages it. The phrase "justified their incantation" suggests that there is a ritualistic element to the destruction.
The third stanza speaks to the idea that this evil is not just physical destruction but includes the theft of possessions and the squandering of life itself. The fourth stanza speaks to the inevitable nature of pain and death, with lines like "structured dealing of the dead" and "extinction is a viable threat." The chorus serves as a kind of warning or invocation, with lines like "plasma melting this flesh away" and "annihilation."

INDUSTRIAL NATIONS
the first sample im not so sure of 'great newsmaggots gonna fry etc'
'if there had been an execution....' - that's from 'Executions' (1995) The section about electric chair execution protocol : specifically at virginia's death chamber containing the electric chair
but the 'cruel and unusual punishment' clip is from the Gas Chamber section of Executions (1995)
