They describe themselves as not being shy but also not a troublemaker, a contradiction of being a quiet extrovert. The singer reflects on their teenage years, where they roamed the beach without uniform, didn't skip school, and listened to their portable cassette player, representing their love for hip-hop music.
The chorus acts as a powerful mantra for the singer, no matter how much they doubt themselves; they keep on dreaming and believe in themselves. They celebrate being themselves and provide a message to the listener, encouraging them to chase their dreams and become the best version of themselves.
