That's incredible book. Thanks to Terry.
The reader is so good at villain's and women' voices. These character are like alive at his performance. Positive characters are a little hursh.
And mord-sith part is like upbringing. There's A LOT in common just much harder. That's so healing. Thanks)♥

@Buck Bundy I also read to the 7th book, before I stopped

I honestly think his woman characters sound like cross dressers who aren’t even trying. Lol.
Yes. It’s a great book. They all are, the whole series. I started reading them in 1996 and read up to the 7th book in the series as they came out. I’m listening to them all at work.
Piggynator Cool
Nick Sullivan just so you know

I've loved these books since the first time I read them. I'm sad that he's gone so I'm going back to the beginning. It's been a while since I read the first book I forgot how dark and twisted it gets lol

Now I understand why those who read the books didn't like the TV series. I saw the series before "reading" this book. The series is a poor rep of the book. The book is heavier and darker and clearer. And way better. There is no comparison. Thanks for the audio upload. This book is fantastic.

@Judith gimblett yeah, the tv series... its barely even passable as the same story, only in the most superficial ways. imo thats probly why they couldnt give the tv series the same name as the book series. copyright

I was about to look for the t.v series I won't bother now...thanks.👍

@Matthew Terry That never did make sense to me trying to watch the show. Now listening to the book, I didn't even realize there was a book I was so busy back then, I completely understand why the show didn't work for me.
