II
The A.W. Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Yo give me somethin' to dance to

Calling the police, calling the G-men
Calling all Americans to war in the underworld

Arabian Prince, back wit' a style that's hype
Not slow and low, it's the fast type
Gettin' dumped, can you hear the drums
Yo Dre why don't you pump it up some
I pumped it up so now what's up
Yo Yella boy, add a little cut
What the hell, you think we need some bells
Yeah, homeboy, might as well
There it is, so now what's next
A little so find me a hold it, wait a minute
You need somethin' else then
This is what I want you to do
Feel the groove, bust a move
Yo, yo I'm tired, what about you
Man this is somethin' to dance to

Man that's wack, everybody used that
Yo, why don't you bring back the other track
Yeah there you go that's what I'm sayin'
I like it when that dope stuff's playin'
Real loud, in your ear hole
Man let's go, I think my feet are swoll' from dancin' so damn much
Man, I don't give a what
You want to leave?
With all these females pullin' on my sleeve
I bet, you can jet, homeboy, no sweat
This is what I want you to do
Feel the groove, bust a move
(Here I come to save the day)
This is somethin' to dance to

Let the bass kick
This is somethin' to dance to
Th-th-this is somethin' to dance to
Th-th-this is somethin' to dance to
Th-th-this is somethin' to dance to
Th-th-this is somethin' to dance to

Th-th-this is somethin' to dance to
Th-th-this is somethin' to dance to

Overall Meaning

The lyrics to The A.W.'s song II are about the power of music and its ability to make people dance. The song starts by asking for something to dance to, and then goes on to give credit to those who created the music. The lyrics reference calling the police, G-men, and all Americans to war in the underworld, which could be interpreted as a reference to the struggle to create good music, or to the fight for freedom of expression in music. The lyrics then move on to describe the style of the music and how it makes people feel, with lines like "Gettin' dumped, can you hear the drums," and "Let the bass kick." The song then takes a turn, with the singers appearing to want to change the music, but ultimately deciding to stick with what they have and keep dancing.

One interesting fact about The A.W.'s is that they are a collective made up of a number of different artists, all working together to create music. Another interesting fact is that the group is known for creating music that combines different genres, including hip hop and electronic music. The A.W.'s have also been praised for their use of social media and their ability to connect with fans directly. In terms of the song II, it is not clear who the singers are in the song or what their relationship is to each other, which has led to some speculation among fans. The song has also been noted for its energetic beat and catchy lyrics.

Unfortunately, the chords for the song II by The A.W.'s are not known at this time.

Hey Jay, greetings from France. Thanks for the comprehensive video.

I currently own a Sony backpack, the LCSBP3. I generally put in there my A7 III along with 2-3 lenses, the Air 2s, the Rsc2 (thanks to your video on it that convinced me to buy it), a PC when I have to travel and few additional accessories.

In terms of how the items fit in the bag, it's not super ideal. Even though their is room for customization, I often find the drone and other items at the bottom of the bag when opening it after a day of walking around. Is this an issue solved with this bag?

Also, I can see that we are putting almost the same things in this bag, I only have the drone on top, do you think there is room for that in the Lowepro?

And finally I find that, when packed with all these things, my Sony bag feels super heavy like I'm carrying my whole family in there. I know that the items inside are not particularly lightweight but is the weight allocated differently on the lowepro or the very structure made in a way that would feel a bit less heavy on the ahoulders/back.

Sorry for the long message. Thanks a lot for all the videos!!
Keep up. The good work 😁
Julien
