Me and You
The Elders Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴
Oh, you and me forever
The first night she met him it started to snow
They shared medications til she had to go
They danced on the ceiling rolling on the floor
Out of their minds, out of my mind
Oh how I'll miss you the rest of my life
Now you know, its you and me forever every time
In the waves, our bodies crash together with the tides
I know that I act kinda funny when I'm high
Through the smoke, I promise I'll be with you every night
The last time he saw her they named all the stars
And traced out a map in the crux of her arm
They finally felt everything all at once
Out of their minds, out of my mind
Now you know, its you and me forever every time
Out in space, our love outlasting any other lights
I know that I act kinda funny when I'm high
Through the smoke, I promise I'll be with you every night
