They have recorded three albums (to date) with this name, and also as Port Isaac's Fisherman's Friends (one album) and as Fisherman's Friends (three albums to date).

The group has been performing locally since 1995, and signed a record deal with Universal Music in March 2010. Whilst essentially an a cappella group, their studio recordings and live performances now often include traditional simple instrumentation.

I loved the movie. It was unique and eccentric. There were subtle things I didn't catch until I watched the second time, like the old ladies washing the cooler and taking out the trash at the end.

A very good film, with perfect photography and a beautiful setting, I would watch it a thousand times and never get tired of it because it is so beautiful in the visual sense
That opening is perfect, that's what made me want to watch the movie
My favorite song, they sing so well and everything seems so satisfying to do that I would definitely consider working as a fisherman now 💙🧜🗡️

From Google, 'blow the man down' refers to a knockdown punch in the face! 'Shiver me timbers' is how the ship shakes when hit with a cannonball. I've always wondered. Sometimes curiosity is a good thing!

IDK, i read this one in Wikipedia: "The lyric "Blow the man down" most likely refers to a common mishap at sea during the age of sail wherein a strong, sudden gale catches a ship with its topsails fully set – the force of the wind, depending upon the load and balance of the ship's cargo, can actually "blow the man down", or blow the man-o'-war down into the water, partially capsizing it." Prime has so many new movies! And who makes these movies, and why? I liked it, and loved the singing! But what is the market for it? All that money, for basically 'direct to cable'? I thank them all, but why do these make so little, while tripe like Marvel movies make a fortune???
I know - to each their own. But it seems so unfair...
