Stir for a couple of hours 'til dreams come true.
Add to the number of kisses, it's up to you.

Cool it in the summer breeze
Serve it in the starlight underneath the trees.

Life of another complexion where you'll be king.
You will awake in the morning and start to sing

Born in 59, but raised on Classics such as this. Went thru my rock n roll phase in the 70's, but always return to these beautiful songs.

@davecydell

Similar here, born 1946, Elvis, Pink Floyd.....but back here, to musical beauty, now lost in America.

@ShowginTV

+davecydell Musical beauty is still here. Music has just evolved naturally. If anything, the Information Age has made music more diverse and accessible than ever before.

@nmjscot

Born in 51 in Scotland but grew up listening to my Dad play In the Mood, American Patrol and Chattanooga Choo Choo. Loved it then. Love it now. Love lots of Classical Music, Rock etc....But this is marvellous music and it is a shame that people nowadays listen to "music" with foul lyrics and little merit when there is such wonderful sounds as those made by Glenn Miller etc. If only that little plane across the channel had not been lost...
