The Green Room refers to two artists
1) a compilation album celebrating New Zealands finest artists on the Loop record label
2) When drummer Richard Harris moved from California to Holland, Michigan in 1995 and met singer-guitarist Tim Obbink, the two decided to combine their musical talents and began performing together. Before Harris returned to California the next year, he introduced Obbink to percussionist Jeremy Mokma. Mokma joined Obbink in his weekly performances at Backstreet Restaurant and Brewpub. In January 1999, Harris returned to Michigan and rejoined Obbink and Mokma. The three began thinking of turning their three-man act into a full band. James Lenger, a local guitar instructor and high school classmate of Mokma, joined the group in May 1999 after an exhaustive search for a bass player. Obbink and Lenger invited pianist Cory VanRhee to join the band after hearing him play later that month. Together, Harris, Lenger, Mokma, Obbink, and VanRhee became The Green Room. The Green Room's self-described sound is "blues-funk-jazz-rock". They push acoustic sound to the edge with heavy, hard beats. Their sound is often compared to popular bands such as The Dave Matthews Band and The Barenaked Ladies. The Green Room's playlist currently includes a mix of original music and cover tunes ranging from the Steve Miller Band to Rusted Root. The band entered the studio in Fall 1999 to record their debut CD, I got new socks on, which was released in February 2000. October 2000 was a landmark month for the band, with performances at two major venues: The House of Blues in Los Angeles and Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids.
Medicine
The Green Room Lyrics

Through the valley and field
Across the rivers and sunset
Life itself seemed unreal
And I've been takin' good medicine
Gifted unto us all
Within it I find my head again
And I rise to the call
You too can know how it feels
You too can know how it feels
You too can know how it feels
You too can know how it feels
Take a walk outside
Far away from them city lights
Reconnect with the vibe
That gave you life
For the city can be poisoning
Starting with the seed
From the root to the branches
It's the reason I flee
I know too well how it feels
I know too well how it feels
I know too well how it feels
I know too well how it feels
Take a walk outside and feel with your
Heart, you're not blind to creation nor am I
Feel the breath of life flowin' through your lungs
With all the pollution in which some say there's no solution
I'm questioning methods and tools we've been using
Depleting the very source that gets us by
And I may be high though not crazy, a tiny bit lazy
To me it's amazing how we're no longer common sensing anything
And to me it's a pity I can't take this God given gift given unto me
When all I want to do is get out of the city city city oh now
The lyrics of The Green Room's song "Medicine" seem to convey a sense of longing for a deeper connection with nature and a desire to escape the confines of city life. The song begins by describing a journey through mountains, valleys, and rivers, emphasizing the surreal nature of life itself. The singer finds solace in "taking good medicine," a metaphorical reference to finding inner peace and clarity. Through this medicine, they are able to find their sense of self again and heed the call to break free from the constraints of their surroundings.
The chorus suggests that anyone can experience the same sense of liberation and connection with nature if they choose to step away from the city lights and embrace the natural world. The city is portrayed as toxic and poisoning, indicating a negative impact on one's well-being. The singer acknowledges that they have personally experienced the effects of city life and have recognized the need for an escape. They have firsthand knowledge of what it feels like to be trapped and disconnected from the natural world.
The lyrics also touch on the environmental impact of urban living, questioning the methods and tools that have led to the depletion of the Earth's resources. The singer ponders the pollution and lack of solution, expressing a sense of frustration and concern for the state of the world. The song ends with a lament for not being able to fully embrace the gift of nature, as the city continues to hold them captive.
In summary, "Medicine" by The Green Room explores the longing for connection with nature, the negative effects of city life, and the depletion of the Earth's resources. It encourages listeners to step outside and reconnect with the natural world, highlighting the importance of finding inner peace and recognizing the need to protect our environment.

Jesus is King
Jesus Christ wants a personal relationship with you through the Holy Spirit, not religion and blind faith. You see, we all have sinned, and have broken God’s law (The Ten Commandments). Wrong doing deserves justice and must be punished (just like how a criminal has to pay for the crime they have committed) but God saved us from the eternal punishment of our sins by sending His Son Jesus Christ, fullness of God in flesh, a perfect, sinless sacrifice to pay the penalty for our sins by dying on the cross and resurrecting, so that we may have everlasting life. It is all finished and now for you to accept the free gift of grace, you must repent of your sins and put your faith in Jesus Christ and Bible says that His Blood will cover all of your sins, you will be forgiven, saved from eternal punishment, and be given everlasting life. By faith you will receive the Holy Spirit, become born again, know Jesus personally and He will transform your heart and clean you from the inside out. Turn away from sin, read the Bible, pray for the Holy Spirit to fill you and change you, obey the Word. Much love and God bless you!

Wow that's wonderful news that it can be accessible to people in desperate need of cannabis for their conditions. I wish there is a company like Eaze in England. Unfortunately access of medical cannabis in England is very expensive and it is still illegal which is a shame. I suffer from fibroids amongst other conditions and getting no support from the medical profession, just put on a long waiting waiting list. It's so reassuring that cannabis can help my condition. Thank you ❤

The UK government will try and follow shitty parts of American culture like the healthcare system but won't try and follow the positive culture of some parts of America, like the mentality in this video.

@Jack I heard about the American healthcare system and it charges their patients, which is terrible.

@Cannabis Is Medicine UK I heard that medical cannabis is expensive. It's a bummer, especially being on a low wage income ☹️.
