1. The Jets are a family band from Minneapolis, Minnesota, composed of brothers and sisters who specialize in pop, R&B, and dance music, particularly Latin freestyle.
The group officially formed in 1985, with the original lineup fizzling out by 1990. Several members of the family stayed on throughout the 1990s, unofficially reviving the group in the mid to late 1990s as a gospel outfit with most of the original members present.
Various record companies have released collections of songs from the group's popular period, while the modern incarnation of the group continues to perform at various small venues, primarily casinos and private corporate functions.
2. The Jets formed in Utrecht, Netherlands in 1958 as The Rocking Explosives and debuted on stage in 1960. Their instrumental guitarmusic sounded similar to The Shadows. They renamed the band to The Jets in 1963. The group had a big hit in Japan with an instrumental version of 'Goldfinger' under the name The Goldfingers (due to another band in Japan called The Jets). In 1966 The Jets were aiming for succes in England and recorded the single The Pied Piper, a later hit in the version by Crispian St. Peters. The Jets reformed in 1982 and still performs today.
3. Great pop has not been as prominent this decade as in the last but songwritters Graham and Mick are helping to remedy that. It's obvious they share the thoughts and dreams of John, Paul, The Hollies and Dave Clark. Both cuts are previously released as a single, TTR 7805.

And left behind a part of us
If I should die, will I find something better?
Is there something better?
I've lost inside
The will to try
To live forever
Will I live forever?
If it's you that I need, I can't wait any longer
I know you're there
How will I know you can make me stronger?
I know you're out there
If it's you that I see
I can't wait any longer
I know you're somewhere out there
I've lost myself
There's something else inside of us
Well, I was blind
You could've tried to make it brighter
Can you make it brighter?
I know you're out there
If it's you that I need, I can't wait any longer
I know you're there
How will I know you can make me stronger?
I know you're out there
If it's you that I see
I can't wait any longer
I know you're somewhere out there
Can you make me stronger?
Can you make me stronger?
Will I live forever if you make me stronger?
Are you somewhere out there?
I know you're out there
I know you're out there
If it's you that I need
I can't wait any longer
I know you're there
How will I know? Will I know?
I know you're out there
If it's you that I see
I can't wait any longer
I know you're somewhere out there
Can you make me stronger?
Can you make me stronger?
The Jets' song "Somewhere Out There" is an emotional ballad that seamlessly blends pop and rock. The song is about the after-effects of a break-up, and how the singer is trying to cope with the pain and longing that comes along with it. The opening verse talks about how the singer feels broken and has left a part of themselves behind, and how they question whether they will find something better when they die.
The chorus of the song is the most poignant part, as the singer addresses a former lover who they believe is somewhere out there. They express their sincere longing to be with that person, to find them so that they can make them stronger. There is a sense of urgency in the chorus as the singer can't wait any longer to find that person.
The second verse talks about how the singer feels lost and how there is something else inside of them that they have lost. At the same time, the singer questions if their former lover could have made their life brighter if they had tried harder.
In conclusion, "Somewhere Out There" is a powerful song that explores the emotions of longing and loss. It speaks of how one can find the strength to move forward, even when facing difficult situations.
