Yo every day of my life I've been traveling
I have been constantly moving and exploring every day of my life

Went here, went there, came back again
I have visited various places, but eventually return to my starting point

A little look at what's happening
I observe and take note of what is going on around me

I like to sit at the back having a laugh with friends
I enjoy being with my friends, laughing and having a good time, usually in a more laid-back position

Packing a pen, some gin, and then some
I always have with me the essentials like a pen to write and a drink to keep me company

Don't need a reason to spend my income
I don't feel the need to justify my spending habits or have a particular reason for where my income goes

And to a degree we all share the symptoms
We all have common traits because we know everything can end in a moment's notice

Coz we know it can end in an instant
We understand that everything in life can change suddenly without warning

Seeing how it goes. I'm looking out the window
I am watching everything unfold and seeing where it takes me

with the eyes of the sinner and the little I know
I am viewing everything from a perspective of someone who has made mistakes and with limited knowledge

Look for a beginning in the big cosmos
I search for the origin of everything in the vast universe

But my soul's got a big pothole, get it
However, I feel incomplete or unfulfilled inside despite my travels and experiences

I used to get my dope on credit
I used to rely on borrowing to get by or find excitement in life

And some folks might say I'm so pathetic
Others may judge me negatively for my choices and lifestyle

But then again I think you over-edit
However, I believe people can be too critical and nitpick about things

And man why? It's just a ride
Ultimately, life is temporary and we should just enjoy the experience without overthinking it

I travel alone and feel isolated in my journey

I've been a traveling on
I have been journeying continuously

Yo wherever I be I've come to realize
I have learned that no matter where I am or go, there is something inside me that I need to find

Somewhere deep inside me is whatever i need
There is a component or part of myself that I believe will satisfy my wants and needs

Try to do better, try to feel erie
I strive to improve myself and have a unique perspective on things

Try to put it together man, piece by piece
I try to make sense of everything in my life and put it all in order

Just wanna breathe, feel my limbs move
I desire to have a sense of freedom and vitality

Just wanna go somewhere, see what they're into
I want to explore new places and discover what people there are doing

I feel like celebrating something that sings
I have the urge to mark or commemorate something significant or meaningful

Something sensible we all can drink to
I want to celebrate something that we can all relate to and enjoy

Coz it's all waves and motion
Everything in life is constantly changing and moving, nothing is static

And everywhere is just a place to go from
All places we visit are just points in our journey, not the ultimate destination

And everybody's just stars and dust
We are all made of the same basic elements and are more alike than we realize

And a heartbeat a part that can harbor us
Our heartbeat is a universal trait that connects us all as living beings

But I guess that we thought that was not enough
However, we humans still crave more and desire things beyond our basic needs and shared qualities

And only wished for the ports that were far as fuck
We long for distant and exotic destinations, far removed from our current surroundings

Tried the stars for luck and got lost in the darkness
We attempt to reach for the stars and aspire to great things, but sometimes we get lost in our own ambitions

Still though home's where the heart is
Despite our wanderings and aspirations, ultimately our hearts are drawn back to our roots and where we come from

I travel across every time zone
I cross different time zones in my travels

Everywhere that I go I feel like home
Every place I visit makes me feel at ease and comfortable, like I belong there

But I know I'll be back to Oslo
I know that I will eventually return to the place that I identify as home

Coz I know that I wont make it alone
I realize that although I travel alone, I still need the support and companionship of others in some way

I never had a ride like this before
My current experience or journey is something completely new and unique to me

I've got the whole world spinning like a disco ball
Everything around me is moving and changing, like a disco ball reflecting light and color in different directions

And it's all so mystical
All of these experiences and changes seem like something magical or spiritual

They've got a whole fist-full of love
There are those who have a lot of passion and positive energy within them

But still they're miserable
However, even those who have a lot of love and positivity in their lives can still experience unhappiness or dissatisfaction

Can't we all just get along? And settle for peaceful
I wonder if it's possible for people to live in harmony and find contentment in peace

You see the medicine's imbedded in people
I believe that healing and happiness is already inside people, waiting to be discovered

And it's incredible. We're ever so see-through
It's amazing how transparent and vulnerable we all are as humans

You see what we all need to
What we all require or lack is similar, despite our differences

Is take a little bit and make it just a little bit longer
We should take the simple pleasures in life and savor them, making them last a little longer

See we're living in a miracle it's really much warmer
We should appreciate that we are alive and experience things that are like miracles, making life feel more warm and comforting

And it's silly shouldn't really let your miseries own ya
It's foolish to let our sorrows or troubles consume us and control our lives

Man I'd rather be a traveling loner
Despite the hardships and challenges of being a solitary traveler, it's still preferable to me

I've been traveling by my lonely
I have been journeying by myself for some time

I'll keep traveling going homewards
I will continue to travel, but ultimately my goal is to return home
