A true breakbeat fan, his trademark sound is a distinctive dance floor mash up of many diverse elements old and new. Influences include anything he thinks he can get away with stealing, more rock from his murky past than he is comfortable with admitting, plus numerous contemporary dance artists like the Plumps, Freq Nasty and (inevitably) The Prodigy.
He also consistently rocks major venues worldwide from europe and the united states to the far east and Australia. In addition, Ben is one half of Disco of Doom with Tom Real, a project dedicated to all kinds of disgusting house, techno, and general electronic depravity.
Aside from creating his own original soundscapes, The Rogue Element has teamed up to concoct countless superb remixes of tracks by bands like Crystal Method, The Freestylers, Soul of Man, and more.
He is signed to London label Exceptional.

I listened to this song as the first track on Rogue Rock a few years back after hearing a Rogue Element remix of Badass by TCM...from the first 20 seconds, my jaw dropped and I knew I would be buying / listening to A LOT more Rogue....this guy is nothing short of a sonic genius.

@hobbitman123 : Breakbeat is drums of funk music, it's about 90 - 120 bpm. Big Beat is the kind of music you are hearing (120 - 140 bpm), it comes from breakbeat. Drum'n'bass is about 160 - 190 bpm (not only 172), and dubstep is 140 bpm half-time tempo, so it's 70 bpm..
