You are distant from those who are open to and eager for change or growth.

You're in such a rush not to tell
You're holding back from sharing what's really on your mind in a hurry or rush to keep it to yourself.

So where do you go?
Are you running away from facing the truth or hiding behind a facade?

Oh, when getting in where you fit in
When trying to find your place or fit in, doing what everyone else is doing or acting a certain way to conform doesn't bring you any fulfillment.

Doesn't get you one single thing,
It does not provide you with any real change or satisfaction in your life.

Where will you go?
What are you going to do now to make meaningful change in your life?

When the secrets
When the things you're keeping hidden from others or yourself,

That you've been keeping
That you've been trying to hide or keep a secret,

Get a hold of nothing at all,
Have no real impact or value, and don't change anything.

I'd like to know.
I want to understand why you're holding back and not moving forward.

So caught up inside
Trapped in your own thoughts and feelings and unable to see outside of yourself.

To know what's real.
Desperately trying to figure out what is truly authentic and genuine in your life.

Can I wish you away
Is there any way I can make you disappear or go away so that you stop holding yourself back?

Until you find your place
Until you find a place or a path in life that feels authentic and fulfilling for you.

In this world it's so hard
In a world where expectations and pressures can make it difficult to be yourself and find your own way.

To get a feel.
It's hard to get a true sense of what you want and need when there is so much chaos around you.

And all you do is wait
You are waiting for something to happen or for someone to help you make a change in your life.

For that one little taste.
For that one opportunity to experience something new and exciting that could transform your life.

You said you'd be gone just another minute.
You've promised to change or leave a situation many times before, but it's only temporary.

You're too far off to still be in it.
You've gone too far and it's too late to truly be part of the situation or relationship anymore.

Don't act like your sleeping
Don't pretend to be unaware or ignorant of what's happening when it's clear you're awake and conscious of the situation.

When I can see you're wide awake.
I can see that you're very aware and conscious of everything happening, despite your attempts to hide or pretend otherwise.

But until you've had all you can take
Until you reach a breaking point, where you can no longer continue in the same path or situation,

I'll wish you away.
I will keep hoping that you find a way to change and overcome your obstacles.
