1) Heavy Metal: Lead by the guitarist and vocalist Ted Bullet, Thunderhead was a German traditional heavy metal band. They started their career in 1988 with the single Take It to the Highway, and after that came the first full-length album, Behind the Eight-Ball. The band split up because of the death of the vocalist, Ted Bullet.

2) Southern Rock: THUNDERHEAD is also a southern rock band formed in New Orleans. With the help of Johnny and Edgar Winter's signature production, they were signed in 1974 to ABC/Dunhill with only one official self titled release. The album was most known for it's single "Busted In Georgia". Extensive touring followed in support of the single. The final album was re-recorded by The Doors producer and engineer John Haeny. The band featured future Johnny Winter band members, Bobby Torello, and Pat Rush. Pat Rush later performed with Johnny Winter and the Jeff Healey band. Bobby Torello also went on to later perform with acts such as Johnny Winter , Rainbow , Michael Bolton , Black Oak Arkansas , Grace Slick and John Schneider.

The opening verses of Thunderhead's "Satisfied" depict a lover who seems possessive and self-serving. The singer is aware of their partner's intentions to keep them to themselves - an expectation that they are not willing to accommodate any longer. The song titled "Satisfied" is about the singer's discontent with their lover who has failed to keep them happy in the relationship. Na ja, Hannover hatte ja auch einige andere nette Bands zu bieten.......Victory, Moon´Doc, Sargant Fury, die frühen Scorpions nicht zu vergessen (als sie noch wußten, wie man Musik macht)...und Henny Wolter ist uns ja immerhin bei Sinner / Primal Fear erhalten geblieben. Aber stimmt schon, Thunderhead waren verdammt geil, keine Frage !

1. Die Scorps rocken immer noch!!! Warum nur zählt der Prophet usw..... 2. TH waren mit ihren ersten 2 Alben GANZ weit vorne, haben danach aber Fehler gemacht. 3.Ted hat danach bei SonOfABitch mit ex-Saxon Gitarrist nichts erreicht 4.Leider hat Henny sein Rock´n´Roll-Spiel nie bei SINNER einbringen können. Einfach schade, daß es diese Combo nicht mehr gibt. In D war das einmalig!!
