Savage
Tiësto Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Ah
For now, I'll just let go
And ah
Run up the tab and lose control

No, we ain't got plans like we had back then
Takes me back to we used to feel
We're going savage, we couldn't care less
No matter how hangover, I'll get up, do it over again
Ravage, let's do some damage
And if I'm getting sober, then I will do it over again

Do it over again
Do it over again
Do it over again
Do it over again
Do it over
Then I will do it over again

No, we ain't got plans like we had back then
Takes me back to we used to feel

We're going savage, we couldn't care less
No matter how hangover, I'll get up, do it over again
Ravage, let's do some damage
And if I'm getting sober, then I will do it over again

Do it over again
Do it over again
Do it over again
Do it over again

Do it over
Then I will do it over again

Overall Meaning

The lyrics to Tiësto & Deorro's song Savage are about living life in the moment and indulging in reckless behavior. The singers of the song are reminiscing about their younger years when they had fewer responsibilities and could do whatever they wanted. They talk about running up a tab and losing control, which suggests that they are out partying and not worrying about the consequences.

The chorus of the song emphasizes the idea of going savage, which means being wild and uninhibited. The singers don't care how hungover they are or how much damage they do, they just want to keep enjoying themselves. They even say that if they start to sober up, they will just do it all over again.

Overall, the lyrics of Savage glorify a lifestyle of excess and indulgence, and suggest that the singers have no real plans or goals beyond having fun. The song captures the spirit of youthful recklessness and encourages listeners to just let go and enjoy the moment.

I know I have been pretty infrequent with uploading recently and that will change soon. I have been feeling a little uninspired and haven't heard tunes that have blown me away recently so I have been more selective on posting. This song is a great collab because it really reminds me of Deorro's "Five Hours" but with The Business from Tiesto. Hope you all enjoy this one! :)

@emshen8945

Those two songs and artist are really good, so to have a song with all of both's stuff... Beyond good!

@AsiaN_Pride3

Would rather have quality over quantity anyway
