Jaaji and Chelsey met in 2014 during the filming of Talent Autochtones Musicaux, a television series by the Aboriginal Peoples Television Network (APTN). Following this experience they formed the band Twin Flames, releasing their debut album Jaaji and Chelsey June in 2015.
In 2017 Twin Flames released their second album, Signal Fire. In 2019 Twin Flames released the song "Human", UNESCO's official song to celebrate the International Year of Indigenous Languages.
In 2020 Twin Flames released Omen. In 2023 they released Twin Flames Unplugged Live, a collection of 7 re-recorded songs.

For me, my TF bread crumbing me allowed for us to weave it and out of each other’s lives to provide triggering that is needed for healing.. I allowed bread crumbing bc I had no boundaries, no self love, and didnt make my emotions a priority. He hadn’t tried to breadcrumb me in 3 months. He tried last week though.. He thought we could pick back up where we left off… I felt it was test for me.. I passed. I no longer wanted bread crumbs. I want more. . I deserve more.. Also, by me saying no, it triggered him. He realizes that if he wants me, my love, us, that he needs to change.. I know if he doesn’t change/grow, I can walk away with no regret, remorse. I would be walking away with love for him and this journey bc this has taught me to love me and make my emotions, wants, needs a priority. Im
