Uno cemented himself as a pillar of the rap scene in 2015, taking the underground by storm with the release of his No More Thotties mixtape and songs like "Parkin' Lot Pimpin'," "Giuseppe Swag," and "WHAT." Uno would respond to the craving for new music held by his fans for two years by releasing his debut studio mixtape Live.Shyne.Die in late 2017.
A desire for musical experimentation led to his mid-2018 EP Limbus. The series' second installment would release in December of that same year. This trend of experimentation would continue itself with the release of Uno's Deadication remix project in mid-2019.
Uno delivered Deadication II: Lost Files in early 2020, a mixtape containing vaulted songs dating back to 2017. In mid-2020, Uno released his highly-anticipated debut studio album, 8, which included popular tracks "Das Him," "Night Mode," and "Can't Go."
At the beginning of 2021, Uno would release his sophomore studio album, Unoverse, a 10-track LP that would mark his first independent release since his 2017 EP Sorry for the Wait. The project featured standout cuts "Taco Bell" and "Opp Pack." ~ Alexander L. & Hamed T.

Ain't no right or no wrong way
It's the need way when you need something
Or you got to have something
And one way you gon' get it
Right then and there it ain't right no way
Oh (Phew)
Tell me I do too much
They tell me I do too much
Too much, too much
Diamonds inside of the rough
Diamonds inside of the rough
I got a Glock in the glove compartment
A sniper on top of the roof
I give my heart to the daily departed
But me? I hardly get love
You told me you was gon' hold me down
I guess you started to give it up yeah, yeah
Yeah, yeah yeah, yeah
Yeah
We waitin' on PayDay, we grow a bag
We grow us some bag bags
She tryna crash the mayday, so
I'm cuttin' these niggas off
It is a melee
Switch on the Glock, gon' hit him
Gon' make that lil' boy do the nae nae
My youngin'll kill you
I buy her Cha-ney-ney'
Think I'm a criminal
Try me I'm on your ass like a garden gnome
I have no big brothers
My friends my brothers just like
It is a group home
Puttin' my name on the Styrofoam
I'm puttin' my pain on the Stryofoam
Askin' me questions, I'm just noddin' off
You know what type of time I'm on
Got me , put the condom on
And we fuck, can you hold me long?
Hermes drip with the Balenciaga's on
I got the green with the dream Watanabe's on
Oh (Phew)
Tell me I do too much, tell me I do too much
Tell me I do too much
They tell me I do too much
Too much, too much
Diamonds inside of the rough
Diamonds inside of the rough
I got a Glock in the glove compartment
A sniper on top of the roof
I give my heart to the daily departed
But me? I hardly get love
You told me you was gon' hold me down
I guess you started to give it up yeah, yeah
Yeah, yeah yeah, yeah

Yeah, yeah yeah, yeah
Yeah
I'm finally prepared, know it's
Been a minute, i'm finally prepared
Them times I feel, no, I prevail
Only time can tell doin' fine myself
Why they hatin'? Tryna wish me to hell
Yeah, throw in the chains
They wishin' me death
I'm wishin' them well
I'm through with the lame shit
I'm killin' if all else fails
Yeah, that energy change quick
Watch how it unveils
She said I change quick
I just need time to heal
I ain't change, you the
One that changed bae
I'm just bein' myself
Tell a nigga speak down on my name it's a
The Bible say that it's the time that kills

The lyrics of "Do Too Much" by UnoTheActivist depict a sense of frustration and disappointment with the people around the artist. The opening lines suggest that there is no proper or wrong way to go about getting what you need or want in life. It's about doing whatever it takes and seizing opportunities in the moment, even if it may not be considered morally right. The song seems to highlight the artist's determination to succeed and acquire material wealth, represented by the obsession with diamonds and guns.
The lyrics also touch upon feelings of isolation and betrayal. The artist mentions giving their heart to those who have passed away but not receiving the same level of love or support in return. There is a sense of disillusionment with people who promised to have their back but ultimately turned their back on them. This could indicate a deeper longing for genuine connections and a desire to be understood and accepted.
