In 2012 Uzari performed at the festival "Slavic Bazaar in Vitebsk" and since then has been actively touring.
In 2013 he released the song "Secret", with which he participated in the Belarusian National qualifying round for the Eurovision song contest.
In 2015, UZARI represented Belarus at the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 with Maimuna with the song "Time, but didn't qualify for the final. They finished 12th in semi-final 1 (13th Televote/ 8th Jury). Although the song did not reach the final, Uzari said that the Eurovision Song Contest was "only one of the European competitions" which was a big and significant step for him.
In 2016, the first single in Belarusian "Mora" (The Sea) was released, which received the award "Song of the year of Belarus".
In 2017 the following Belarusian singles "Супрацьлеглыя (The Opposite)" and " Я выдумляю (I imagine) " came out.
In February, 2019 the single "Падзяка сэрца" has been released.
On April 10, 2019, the album "Падзяка сэрца" has been released.
On November 25, 2021, the single "Птица-траектория" has been released.
Uzari is the winner of the award of ONT channel "Song of the year of Belarus" (2011-2016). In 2016, he founded his production company "Art Platform". In the same year, Yuri took part in the Ukrainian TV show "Voice of the country" (Ukrainian version of the show The Voice), hitting the team of Tina Karol.

The song "Падман" by Uzari talks about being deceived or fooled by someone close to the singer. It starts by saying the singer had forgotten their name and left orbit, where the person who deceived them had always made things up. The singer recognizes that they aren't the first person to fall into the trap of this deceiver, and that they are only foreign to those who are ignorant. They are closer to the sky and further from the innumerable histories that they cannot bear. The chorus asks the deceiver not to say everything is gone and nothing is left, and not to say that what happened was not deception. The second verse invites leaving behind the scenes that separated the singer from the deceitful person and acknowledges that they didn't become whole again.
Overall, the song speaks to the pain of being betrayed and deceived by someone whom the singer trusted. It speaks to the resignation of acceptance, acknowledging that the act of being fooled by this person was not unique to the singer and that it is a part of a larger pattern.
