Hallelujah
Underoath Lyrics

Cut the lights
Face yourself
We're not dreaming
This is hell
Cut the lights
Face yourself
We're not dreaming
This is hell
Cut the lights
Face yourself
We're not dreaming
This is hell
Cut the lights
Face yourself
We're not dreaming
This is hell

I can't remember, no, remember yesterday
I got a taste for apathy, I let it wash away the dream
I wanna know the madness
And how it eats me inside out
I wanna feel the echo
The shame coursing through my veins

Cut the lights
Face yourself
We're not dreaming
This is hell
Cut the lights
Face yourself
We're not dreaming
This is hell
Cut the lights
Face yourself
We're not dreaming
This is hell
Cut the lights
Face yourself
We're not dreaming
This is hell

I've been awake so long, reality escapes
I can't find a place to sleep let the devil swallow me
I'm swimming in the madness
The living water that I drink
I wanna be the virus
Decay

This is madness maybe in my head
This is madness maybe in my head
This is madness maybe in my head
This is madness maybe in my head

(This is madness maybe in my head)
There's a hundred million ways to feel alive
Time flies trying to find a place to hide
(This is madness maybe in my head) Get a grip
Get a grip
Take a different number
Get a fix

Will I ever get break from this
Will ever get away from it
Make it stop

Cut the lights
Face yourself
We're not dreaming
This is, this is fucking hell
Cut the lights
Face yourself
We're not dreaming
This is hell
Cut the lights
Face yourself
We're not dreaming
This is hell
Cut the lights
Face yourself
We're not dreaming
This is hell
Cut the lights
Face yourself
We're not dreaming
This is hell
Cut the lights
Face yourself
We're not dreaming
This is hell

I've been a fan of UO for years and years, and I am super stoked Aaron is back, believe me, this is any Underoath fans dream. I can't believe how electrifying they came back a couple years ago, and now this!?!??!

This song might as well be part of "Lost in the Sound of Separation", an incredibly under rated album. This song has the same subtle eeriness as that album, which I absolutely love.

Aaron, please stay for years to come....!

"to whom it may concern" has had such an impact on my life personally, and the message it brings. Continue to rock on, do what you do, (life kicks you a shit kicker, I get it) but you got your following, and Tim.... Please.... tell the band to play "when the sun sleeps" :P (I remember you laughed at me in Denver, because I KNEW you wanted to play it! but couldn't. ) (Dallas hope you are well)

Spencer is a killer singer but every time Aaron comes in with those cleans....all I want is more. His voice makes me feel 14 again. I hope we get more of him this time around

well the psalms of all time! new apostles. Nothing that will ever get time in church but we all read thats a bunch of hypocrisy so says the bible. Too bright to see too loud to hear? now thats a psalm, bionic

UnderOath is white noise!!! most wont listen and its sad! the two men combined with everything, the rest of the the artists, is what you call true white noise. White noise is not anything in particular except a band coming together thats what UnderOath is. iim an electronic technician i understand light and sound?

@Kickin' Wing, Animal Doctor Late reply, but it's on their channel and the video is titled "A FEW GOOD BRÜS with Mark Vollelunga #011 feat. Urban South Brewery & Tim McTague of Underoath".
