Unfortunately goa was in capture of Portuguese even after 1947 and it got independence from Portuguese rule in 1961..and became an indescribable part of india.. Indian army launched operation in goa to liberate it from Portuguese.. This song is depicting that theme only.. Wonderful song.. :)
