You might be depressed but I can't tell
Dog I don't know
You might be okay but I don't know you
You're a dog that I don't know
You're just a dog that I don't know
Dog I don't know
You might be depressed but I don't know you
You might be depressed but I can't tell
Dog I don't know
You might be okay but I don't know you
You're a dog that I don't know
You're just a dog that I don't know
In V.A. Uj Ulet's song "I Wasn't That", the lyrics "Dog I don't know, you might be depressed but I can't tell" convey a sense of uncertainty and distance. The singer is addressing someone, but they don't know them well enough to discern their emotional state. There is a sense of detachment and ambivalence in the repetition of "dog I don't know" and "you're just a dog that I don't know." The allusion to a dog suggests a lack of familiarity or connection, like encountering a stray animal on the street.
The lyrics suggest a broader theme of human disconnection and the difficulty of truly understanding others. It's possible that the singer is grappling with their own feelings of isolation and a sense of being an outsider. The repeated refrain of "I don't know you" could reflect a fear of being vulnerable, or a reluctance to engage with others in a meaningful way.
Overall, "I Wasn't That" is a haunting and introspective song that explores complex emotions and the struggle to connect with others.

Thanks, woonsockettruthseeker. Yeah, the more you learn, you realize how little you actually know. Such is the enigma of living in an infinite universe. The UFO phenomenon seems to be specifically designed to encourage us to broaden our horizons.

The more you learn about this, the more you realize that there’s so much more to learn. It makes you feel “very small”.

This happened here in Brazil as well, a guy was visited in his bedroom by three grays and his dog started barking at them. One of the grays pointed a red beam at the dog's mouth and it fell asleep right away.
A few weeks later, the dog developed cancer in the exact spot where the gray targeted the dog. The dog died within a month.
