The meaning of the lyrics can be beautiful or really fucking creepy, depending how you look at it. The song could also be about stalking...
"Bombs away", something pilots would say when they dropped the bomb. The speaker forgives their partner/ wins over the pain and anger/ has hope that the relationship will be fixed.. or they turn into the bomb, their anger/sanity is about to explode (that would be the creepy version).
