In 2009 she was signed to the Boardwalk Entertainment Group, and in 2011 signed to Hollywood Records. She released the mixtape 'Eleven Roses' and the EP 'Criminal' in early 2012, prior to releasing her debut album 'Til the Casket Drops' on October 16, 2012.

She grew up listening to her Dad write and sing the blues and started performing with him in his blues bands when she was a kid. She fell in love with the sincerity of Etta, the soul of Muddy and the power of Big Mama. When she got older she started writing hooks for and performing with local rappers from Eugene. She fell in love with hip-hop, with its authenticity. Now she's married to em both. DIRTY SHINE!

I was 5 when Cars came out. I was 10 when Cars 2 came out and I was 16 when Cars 3 came out. Saw them all in the cinemas. I binged all 3 in one go today and it was literally like watching myself grow up from age 6 to age 18 in about 6 hours... Seeing Lightning find himself in Radiator Springs and that iconic moment in the end where he pushes The King across the finish line, then watching Lightning at the height of his racing career, travelling the world and racing with the best international cars (with Mater's spy shenanigans in the background of course) and then seeing Lightning take on Ramirez and becoming her mentor, carrying on "Doc's Spirit" so to say... The whole thing just came a full circle, and it made me feel strangely sentimental and complete... Safe to say I was crying like crazy. Honestly, Cars is the best Pixar franchise and you can't change my mind. This franchise began as my childhood but it ended up becoming a very important part of my life, and I will always carry around the joy that it's brought me over the last 12-13 years. I don't care if it sounds sloppy or childish, I grew up with this series and in return, it grew up with me. Thank you. Thank you, Disney Pixar, for creating a true masterpiece of our era. I hope to share this franchise with the kids of the future some day. <3

My Daughter took me to this movie for Father's Day. Best Father's Day EVER!!! This song is an ABSOLUTELY ROCK SOLID close to what I consider to be the best animation sequel I have seen to date. Lassiter, you pulled the "Cars" franchise out of an absolute tail spin! Thank you, Thank you, thank you. I cried 3 times. Nope - not giving my man card back. I LOVE this movie and my daughter and I love #51 Cruz Ramirez! Thank you for a wonderful time with my daughter.

Lighting is my childhood hero. When I was 4/5 I was watching that movie every day. He’s still my hero. Sometimes I watch with my parents (which saw me growing up with that movie) some memorable scenes and why not the entire movie. I almost cried when I saw his crash in cars 3, but I still love him. I wish I can come back when I was little. ❤️

Grew up with the franchise!(literally cause I was born in 2006,saw it when I was two or three.)
Was so stoked when Cars 3 came out,ever since I saw that first teaser trailer of Lightning crashing.Definitely will be pumped when “Cars on the Road” comes out on Disney Plus in fall of this year!(only two or four months to go I believe?)

Cars 1 was fantastic, Cars 2 got a little bit daft for what it is and then Cars 3 brings it all home, but in saying that the soundtrack for all three films is fantastic! Life is a Highway, You Might Think and Ride. Perfect.

I love that the first movie came out when I was 19 and now My 4-year is obsessed with “Cars.” That’s why I love Disney. It’s timeless. It helps that they span their sequels out over a decade or more lol
