@Orteega I just place my Laptop on my bedside and sleep (I live alone) If you don't live alone you can use headphones! I go into the google version of youtube (ther is an app on my laptop that doesn't let me use loop) and put it on loop for if I sleep over 8 hours.

When I was a child, whenever it rained my mum would wake my brother, sister and me up (my dad worked night),turn off all the lights and turn the sofa to face the windows. We would all sit there with hot chocolate and listen to the storm while waiting to see the lightning, we lived on a hill and could see for miles. We all grew up to absolutely love thunderstorms and do similar things with our children. I found out recently that my mum hated them and was terrified but by waking us up and pretending she loved them she found she could cope.

I've played this for my daughter every night since she was a couple of months old. Shes almost 2 now and i miss the times she still slept in my room and i got to hear it with her. Im listening to it play from her room now and it brings back so many memories already. I will play it for our next child too and i hope to enjoy it with my family for many more years. I don’t know what I’d do without this music. Ever since my dad passed away last year from covid, I’ve been having really bad anxiety and panic attacks at night when I try to sleep. I'm listening to this while holding my daughter's small hand so she can fall asleep peacefully, she's 5 years old. I'll find this when she's older so she can hold my hand until I fall asleep. I hope and pray our bond stays this strong our entire lives.

I’ve been listening to this almost every night for about 3 years now. I’m about to go to college with a roommate and I’m gonna have to find a way to listen to this without my roommate hearing😭 Sometimes I switch it up to other sleep music but this is the one I use the most thank you for making my sleep so much better❤️
