She left Polygram in 1990, moved to São Paulo and decided to dedicate herself to a less commercial repertoire than that demanded by her former record label. She put together the show "Sobre Todas as Coisas", backed up by Marcos Suzano (percussion) and Lui Coimbra (violin-cello), with whom she toured Brazil. The show was later recorded by the label Eldorado. In 1993, "Valsa Brasileira", with its slick repertoire and expert technical back-up, was released by the label Velas and helped to put her up amongst the leading names on the MPB scene. In 1997, she recorded "Per Amore" – which was a commercial sensation, with its sales boosted by the title track. The following year, she released "Passione", an album Italian songs, only.
Não Tem Solução

Aconteceu um novo amor
Que não podia acontecer
Não era hora de amar
Agora o que vou fazer?
Não tem solução
Este novo amor
Me tirou a paz
E eu que esperava
Nunca mais amar
Não sei o que faça
Com esse amor demais
Não tem solução
Este novo amor
Um amor a mais
Me tirou a paz
E eu que esperava
Nunca mais amar
Não sei o que faça
Com esse amor demais
Não tem solução
Esse novo amor
Um amor a mais
Me tirou a paz
E eu que esperava
Nunca mais amar
Não sei o que faça
Com esse amor demais (com esse amor demais)
The lyrics of Zizi Possi's song "Não Tem Solução" delve into the complexities of unexpected love. The singer finds themselves in a situation where a new love has surfaced, despite the circumstances not being conducive to such feelings. The lyrics open with a sense of disbelief and confusion as the singer contemplates how this new love could have transpired when it was not the right time for love to develop. The inner conflict is evident as the singer questions what they should do now that this unexpected love has entered their life.
The chorus of the song emphasizes the feeling of helplessness and inevitability that comes with this newfound love. The repeated refrain "Não tem solução" (There is no solution) highlights the singer's resignation to the fact that this love has taken root, disrupting their peace of mind. The lyrics convey a sense of unease and conflict as the singer grapples with the unexpected emotions that have arisen within them.
The repetition of the phrase "Me tirou a paz" (Took away my peace) underscores the disruptive nature of this new love, portraying it as something that has unsettled the singer's equilibrium. The juxtaposition of the initial reluctance to love again with the overwhelming presence of this new emotion creates a tension that runs through the song. The singer's admission that they never expected to love again adds another layer of complexity to their emotional struggle.
As the song progresses, the singer continues to express their dilemma of not knowing how to deal with this overwhelming love. The repeated refrain at the end of each verse reflects their internal conflict and emotional turmoil. The lyrics capture the universal experience of unexpected love and the challenges it can bring, resonating with listeners who have found themselves unexpectedly entangled in the complexities of the heart.
