The lyrics of Dariush's song "Rooze Mabada" speak of the inevitability of death and the importance of making the most of life while we can. The first stanza paints a picture of a bleak and desolate world, with death as a constant presence and the autumn leaves as evidence of life's transience. The singer muses on the decaying state of the heart of his beloved, and the paradoxical beauty of the garden where even the morning dew is tinged with sadness.
The chorus offers a ray of hope, celebrating the joy and glory that come with being together, whether in dreams or in life. The singer urges the listener to seize the opportunity to dance and revel in the moment. The second stanza reiterates the message, urging the listener to hold on to the light of the past and present, to weather the darkness that is sure to come, and to cultivate a resilient spirit that will endure until the end of time.
Overall, the song's message is a reminder to cherish the people and moments that matter most, to make the most of our brief lives, and to embrace the inevitability of change and loss with grace and courage.
