I received advice from a wise individual that life is determined by your actions and choices

Bare witness to the lies simply cuz the truth is naked

My thoughts are sacred yet I share with the masses
Although my thoughts are personal and private, I still choose to share them with a larger audience

I intend to be around when tha barrier collapses
I have a desire to witness the breaking down of obstacles and limitations

Those that come up quick tend to be falling the fastest
Individuals who achieve success rapidly often experience a swift downfall as well

On the cash-route, but for the paper they get lost
Some individuals prioritize monetary gain and end up losing sight of their true purpose

Not I, I rather let nature take it's course
Personally, I prefer to allow things to unfold naturally without trying to control every outcome

The reality is harsh but it's gotta be accepted
Although the truth can be difficult to face, it is necessary to acknowledge and embrace it

Your fate has been determined, outcome is pre-selected
The path you will take in life has already been decided, and the results are predetermined

No telling when your breath's stoppin', and death's knockin
We cannot predict the exact moment when we will take our last breath and face our mortality

To enjoy every second is your best option
The most beneficial choice is to appreciate and savor each moment of life

Treat every first time like if it's your last
Approach every new experience with the mindset that it could be your final opportunity

I wish I cud somehow go and revisit the past
I yearn for the ability to travel back in time and correct my past mistakes

Correct any mistakes, maybe right a few wrongs
If given the chance, I would rectify any errors and attempt to make amends

I'd hit the studio just to write a few songs
One of the actions I would take if I could travel back in time is to create and compose music in a recording studio

If I had a time machine I'd go back in a flash
In the hypothetical scenario of possessing a time machine, I would immediately utilize it to travel to the past

Tell myself 'you ain't nuthin but a thing of the past'
I would communicate to my past self the realization that they are merely an entity from a previous era

Time is limited, so there is no opportunity for anyone to borrow any of it from me

Why not? Cuz today is yesterday's tomorrow
The reason for not wasting time is that the present day is the future that follows yesterday

For the sake of argument let's say I did find a way
To explore a hypothetical situation, let's assume I discovered a method

And wuz capable of goin back to any time or day
If I possessed the ability to travel back in time to any chosen moment

Like September 11th, then I'd have the chance to
For instance, if I could revisit September 11th, I would have the opportunity to

Beg and pleed until every last flight wuz canceled
Convince and plead with authorities to ensure that every flight on that tragic day was grounded

Go further back to clean more than smoke
To have a greater impact, I would journey even further back in time to address deeper issues instead of just addressing the immediate aftermath

Warn 'em to keep a close eye on the floor of the votes
Advise individuals to closely monitor the voting process and be aware of any potential manipulation or fraud

I'd tell Martin and Malcolm how I respect their passion
I would express my admiration to Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X for their unwavering dedication and fervor

To see change in justice, watch for the assassins
In their pursuit of justice and societal transformation, they should be cautious and vigilant regarding potential threats on their lives

And meeting Bruce would be history itself
Encountering Bruce Lee would be an extraordinary and significant moment in the annals of history

Maybe study Martial Arts with Mr. Lee himself
If given the opportunity, I would learn and train in the martial arts alongside Bruce Lee

I'd tell Biggie to run the lights, don't stop, son

And Pac, somethin ain't right, don't ride shotgun

It is a commonly acknowledged fact that individuals with virtuous qualities often have their lives cut short, but the reason behind it remains a mystery

And since we know why we can't change the outcome
Since we understand the cause of this phenomenon, we are aware that altering the ultimate result is impossible

I try to make a difference, but reality remains
Despite my efforts to have an impact, the unalterable truth is that the circumstances persist

That the script's been written, so my efforts are in vain
The course of events has already been predetermined, rendering my endeavors ultimately futile

What about my future and the road that lies ahead
Contemplating my future and the path that awaits me

Should I take a glimpse or be surprised instead?
Should I seek a glimpse into what is to come or embrace the element of surprise?
