Nathan Swihart, also known by his stage name Nay Nay, is a hip-hop artist based out of Virginia Beach, Virginia. As an independent hip-hop artist, Nay Nay has amassed a devoted fan base which has resulted in over 70,000 Youtube views and several hundred mixtape downloads, all without a debut album. Bringing a unique style to the hip-hop scene, Nay Nay has been known to create interesting and innovative material by mixing many different genres into his work. He has grown a fan base in his hometown by performing frequently at several venues in the city of Virginia Beach, along with opening for acts such as Dizzy Wright. With a number of successful releases under his belt, it is easy to see that Nay Nay has grown into a professional, able to break his way into the forefront of the music industry.
Nay Nay began experimenting with hip-hop when he was just fifteen years old. He eventually released his first mixtape “Before The Fame” on February 12, 2012. Soon after, he purchased a home studio which greatly improved the quality of his recordings. On February 25, 2013 Nay Nay released his second mixtape titled "Long Road Home" which featured the successful single "Blame Him" featuring Funk Volume's Hopsin. On March 19, 2014 Nay Nay released a compilation tape of his songs with Funk Volume members. He is currently working to release his first album titled "Lost In Space." Nay Nay is dedicated to the music he makes and continuously works to improve his craft. Though still new to the hip-hop scene, he has already proven that he will make an impact on the industry.
