Tending to simply start off with whatever feels right at the moment, and build from the ground up. With whatever he plays, he simply intend for it to sing meaning, not so much distinction.
At the age of 20 years old, Kevin is taking tiny steps not only toward his persona as a musician, but, as a listener as well. Having been raised within a small traditional town in Americas Mid-West, he is extremely fortunate for the technological advances that have allowed him to explore various expressions of differing musical artists. In regards to a personal hunt for a stronger relationship between him and the music he consumes, Kevin has found himself greatly attracted to the compositions of artists whom not only place an emphasis on the beauty of a melody, but also take the time to push the boundaries of what listeners are ready to digest.
Kevin has fallen in love with music because it captures an emotion, an idea, a place in ones life, ones joy, and ones inevitable heartbreak.
“I give thanks to God for giving me a healthy set of eyes, ears, hands, and feet to translate my soul into a diary called music.”
