Began her musical career in Nagoya, Japan in 1988 before moving to Tokyo in 2001. She has played with many groups including 光束夜 (Kousokuya), Overhang Party and Tangerine Dream Syndicate. Currently active as a solo artist and in the duo Vava Kitora.
Sachiko is also the owner of the Musik Atlach label.
