At the age of 10 he started taking pianolessons. This was his first experience with playing music. Getting bored by the simple tunes he had to play, he stopped taking the lessons. He wanted to do his own thing. At the age 14, he got a musictracker program from a friend. This allowed him to make his own tunes and the love for producing music was born. Experimenting with many different styles (from gabbahouse to triphop) he found his own style.
At 17, he expanded his skills by learning to play guitar. Getting hooked on playing too much guitar, he temporarily stopped producing.
Some years later (2007) he re-discovered producing on a higher level. No more trackerprograms. Now it was time for sequencing. He had seen FL-studio from a friend, purchased it and started making tunes. At first he produced all types of experimental crossovers with drum n bass, breakbeats, dubstep and ambiënt. Later, he focussed more on the downtempo, chill-out music (which he still does).
