I've been lifting for over 10 years and some of my best gym days were with me completely baked in the gym. I don't get anxiety from weed, it puts me in the zone, supercharges my mind to muscle connection, lets me get insane pumps because I can grind out extra reps I would normally tap out on because of the pain-kill factor and improved circulation. Being stoned and listening to music made me work through my workout, rather than rush through it. I actually enjoy the process and feel involved with my gym session. Never had problems with motivation or lack of energy because of weed. That part of it is psychological, your energy levels depend entirely on you.
