Tsuki to Knife
Lyrics

The lyrics of "Tsuki to Knife" by スガシカオ portrays the pain and frustration of unrequited love. The first two lines of the song indicates that the singer's words are not enough to express his feelings, and suggests that he is willing to dig deeper and bare his heart open to convey his emotions. The next line says that the singer had already known about the other person's indecisiveness and excuses, but admits that he did not want to face the truth. The song then goes on to express the singer's longing for the other person, seeing them again and hating someone else like they once did. The singer wishes they could hold onto the person forever like a wound in their heart.
The last two stanzas of the song express the singer's regret and frustration, that they are not able to stop repeating the same mistakes over and over again. They wonder if they will ever be able to love someone again in the same way they loved the person addressed in the song. The singer wishes for time to flow like a sweet-scented breeze, hoping that things will work out if they keep the feelings in their heart.
