In 1985, Mr. Yoshida went to America and studied contemporary and film music at Berklee College of Music. In 1987, he came back to Japan and then started composing music for many CM, TV/Film, New Age Soundtracks.
His famous works include:

「日本人はるかな旅」
「人間ドキュメント」
「遠くにありてにっぼん人」
「一瞬の戦後史」
「時をかける少女」
「祭 Matsuri」...etc
