@Eminemguy123 yeah I know the feeling, pretty sure everyones been winded at some time or other; unfortunately. I distinctly remember trying to pull my dads sock off as a really little kid, and when I suddenly came loose I flew back against a wall and knocked all the air out of my lungs. I was terrified as a 5 year old who couldn't breath and started making whiny noises. Of course when you're older and you know what's going on, it's a little more funny ;)

Getting winded is the worst fucking experience, especially when it's serious like these ones. I once had someone accidentally run into me and all their weight went into my stomach when I wasn't expecting it, you literally can't breath and sorta just roll around on the floor going "EEEAAUUUUUAUAhhh, EEAEAEEUUEUHAUUHHhh" It is really funny though.

Been winded so many times, the first time I really got scared, I didn't know if I was ever gonna be able to breathe again. You can't play sport and never expect to be winded, boxing is the worse, an uppercut under the ribcage as you breathe out. Ouch!

Getting winded isn’t anything to be laughing about. It literally feels like your lungs disappear whilst everything in the middle section of your body is being sawn into. It’s not the best experience

So I went sledding with my neighbours today on this hill made of snow. And the night before the snow melted and froze again making ice. So me not knowing how fast you go when sledding on ice start approaching the ramp the at the last second I let go of the sled in an attempt to eject but what ended up happening was the sled slipped out from under me and I fell a solid meter and a half on my back. I was like 'this is fine, it'll only last a few seconds stay calm. Boii was I wrong, I went a few minutes without air and felt like I was gonna die.

I know how that felt. Wiped out on my bike while working (worked as a bike messenger for several years) and just had all the air knocked out of me. People were panicking not knowing what to do but luckily an off-duty ER doctor knew what was going on. Even checked on me to make sure I didn't have a concussion. Walked away with a few cuts and bruises but nothing major.

When I was about 12 I jumped from half way up the stairs hit my head on the lower ceiling my legs went up so I was horizontally flying through the air and landed on my back it felt like the reaper had come to collect me 😱. I’ve been winded a couple of times a few years ago in primary school ( btw I’m going into year 8 ) I was on this like climbing thing that we have at our school I was walking on the ropes and I slipped and my belly bashed the rope and made me flip over so I was upside down and winded not good I felt like I needed to pass out but you can’t do anything because ur chest just freezes it’s a scary thing trust me but I haven’t been winded since then 👍
