The band was formed by rapper Jared Gomes, also known as "M.C.U.D." (MC Underdog), and guitarist Wes Geer, who became friends amidst the Orange County hardcore punk scene. Gomes and Geer recruited guitarist Chizad, bassist Mawk, drummer B.C. Vaught and DJ Product © 1969. They named the group "Hed", which stands for "higher education". The band built a following with their energetic performances at local venues, and released the self-financed extended play, Church of Realities. Legal issues forced Hed to change their name, adding PE, which stood for Planet Earth.
Band members;

Hey man, here's a little love song for all you bitches
I could not sleep last night
But thats not your problem
I've got my problems
I watched you sleep last night
I've got my problems
It's hard to understand
It gets so hard to be a man
I would give you anything
But I don't have anything
Just these crazy daydreams
And they are not worth anything
I got so high last night
But thats not your problem
I've got my problems
I tried to forget my life
But thats not your problem
I've got my problems
Its hard to understand
It gets so hard to be a man
I would give you anything
But I don't have anything
Just these crazy daydreams
And they are not worth anything
No
They are not worth anything
Take your time, take your time
It gets so hard to understand
It gets so hard to be a man
I would give you anything
But I don't have anything
Just these crazy daydreams
And they are not worth anything
Hey girl
I'm so glad that we could have this time together
Where I could let you know just exactly how I feel
You see, it's been hard to talk to you because
You Never listen!
You're so selfish, you never shut up
And you know I don't have any money
And I can barely pay my bills
But you don't care, You're so selfish
What do you want from me?
Its hard to understand
It gets so hard to be a man
I would give you anything
But I don't have anything
Just these crazy daydreams
And they are not worth anything
No
They are not worth anything
Take your time, Take your time
It gets so hard to understand
Why its so hard to be a man
I would give you anything
But I don't have anything
Just these crazy daydreams
And they are not worth anything
I think we should destroy, the the bogus capitalist process that's destroying youth culture by mass marketing and commercials commercial uh paranoia behavior control and the first step to do it is to destroy the record companies, do you not agree?
The (hed) Planet Earth song "Daydreams" is a poignant expression of the struggles of a man who is dealing with his own personal issues while also trying to navigate a difficult relationship. The lyrics are introspective and raw, reflecting the singer's frustration and despair.
The song begins with the singer unable to sleep and feeling the weight of his problems. He watches his partner sleep, but he's aware that his problems are his own and doesn't want to burden her with them. The chorus repeats several times and serves as a refrain to the rest of the lyrics. The lyrics express the singer's feelings of inadequacy and frustration at not being able to give his partner what she wants, despite his desire to do so. He is left with nothing but his daydreams, which offer little solace.
The lyrics take a sharp turn towards the end with the singer railing against capitalism and the destructive forces that he feels are ruining youth culture. This sudden shift shows how much the singer is struggling, as he is trying to make sense of his own problems within the larger context of society. The song ends on this note, leaving the listener to contemplate the singer's struggles and the larger issues that he's grappling with.

Simply amazing! I love BBC Earth!
dominick mccormick
I'm a hardcore animal lover(and in my opinion) the animation seems like it might be for the younger audience,or folks that only want to experience nature just to see what it's like. But I would rather have vr without animation, would like to see them as they are in reality(once again just my opinion)

dominick mccormick agreed
Ze_Purple_Controller
I would to but think of it from a technical standpoint, animating that many detailed polygons and textures would be insane for a phone to do. and if you really want something like that there are a bunch of VR games and movies ("theBlu" is the first that comes to mind). though in all honesty i would love something like that.

Fresh_Water
I'm so lucky I live in San Diego and I can just jump in the ocean and see this firsthand <3
Don’t Ask
Fresh_Water, to be honest the kelp forests they show in the video don't really reflect what I see in the ocean. The kelp usually in large clumps of plants rather than equally distributed forests.
