Aside from Face, Daily Life, and a few other songs, I tend not to remember a lot of the cutscene exclusive music. Especially, with the sad songs, which I love almost all of. I, for the life of me, couldn't be able to label which song was Thoughts to a Friend, which was Reminiscence, and which was Sorrow. However, Thoughts Enshrined is different. It feels like what Tragic Decision is to epic moments, except for the extra special sad moments. To me, this is the theme of "Poor Melia". I know that it could equally be related to Sharla and Gadolt, but I like Melia infinitely more, and I feel like this plays in a lot of her better moments. The whole song is beautifully sad, incredibly grand, and leaves an impact on the listener. I was humming this song for weeks after first hearing it because of how much it stuck in my head. I absolutely love the instruments in this song. The piano, violins, and choir work so well to create a depressing and beautiful atmosphere, unreplicated by anything else I've ever heard. Best of all, however, this song tells a story. It starts off quiet and depressing, like someone has just lost something (very much akin to Melia). before building up into an incredibly powerful melody filled with hope, yet tainted with sadness (much like Melia). Finally, it ends off with an equally quiet and sad melody, while still retaining hope for the future, as if doubt is kicking in, yet still aspiring that things will get better (Again, much like Melia) Said ending at 2:25 is phenomenal. The way it crescendos until reaching a large rest, giving the listener time to reflect, before returning to a quieter piano rendition of the main melody is phenomenal. Melia is one of my favourite fictional characters ever written, and this song is one of the biggest reasons why for how beautiful it is and how faithfully it represents her character.

Bionis Interior (both versions). They just... I personally don't like them. While they match the creepy feel of the area perfectly (maybe even a little too well), they just are forgettable and annoy me from how repetitive it gets when playing or having to run around for hours trying to get one last item for a quest or for the collectapedia.

@@Justuas dungeon...? You mean the Ether Mine? Personally, I feel like even that had more soul and life than Bionis' Interior. Towards the end of Ether Mine, you at least have that part where everything drops out and it's just the melody and the bass. I find that it gives Ether Mine more life, especially because of the matching eerie feel that you could be potentially walking through the area that most of Colony 6's residents were killed or died.
