Their music is often regarded as hard to label under one certain genre. While sweeping across many sounds, Acid Bath put out two records of considerable influence, which opened a gateway for heavy metal music to be versatile and emotional without sacrificing its creative character or brute force. Their music incorporates influences ranging from sludge, doom metal, death metal, hardcore punk, stoner rock, thrash metal and grunge.
The variation in their music has reached far from the underground music into many hardcore, doom metal and stoner rock bands. Frontman Dax Riggs currently performs a solo artist, although he was the singer and guitarist for Agents of Oblivion. He then played for Deadboy & the Elephantmen. Guitarist Sammy Duet played in Crowbar for some time. He now plays for Goatwhore.

Godless we run
In my eyes there dreams an ocean
Hell beneath my tongue
I understand
And don't care
Well the skyscrapers look like gravestones
From out here
With blood in my cum
In my heart the song plays on
The Insects Requiem
I understand
And don't care
'Cause the skyscrapers look like gravestones
From out here
Pissing your life as fast as they consume you
Killing everything as fast as they can bleed you
Pissing your life as fast as they consume you
Killing everything as fast as they can bleed you
Throwback
With blood in my cum
In my eyes there dreams an ocean
Hell beneath my tongue
I understand
And don't care
Well the skyscrapers look like gravestones
From out here

The lyrics to Acid Bath's song "Diäb Soulé" are filled with dark imagery and a sense of impending doom. The opening line, "Summer feels like death," sets the tone for a song that is about feeling isolated and empty, without any hope or direction. The repeated refrain of "I understand and don't care" emphasizes a sense of detachment from the world and a willingness to embrace the darker aspects of life.
The lines "In my eyes there dreams an ocean/Hell beneath my tongue" speak to a feeling of being overwhelmed by the chaos and destruction of the world. The singer seems to be grappling with their own emotions and trying to make sense of the darkness that surrounds them. The reference to "skyscrapers look[ing] like gravestones" suggests that even the structures of society are not immune to the sense of hopelessness and decay.
The outro repeats the same lines from the beginning of the song, "In my eyes there dreams an ocean/Hell beneath my tongue," serving as a bookend to the theme of the song.

@BrandonRelkamOfficial
WolfMoon There was no 3rd album called Killer Rat Poison. The supposed Killer Rat Poison was a cassette tape that was just a bunch of riffs from a jam session that didn't have any vocals. They called the demo Rat Poison as a working title because they spotted some rat poison that was in the room that they were in.

@```` Sammy Duet has the demo. If he ever releases it, it probably won't be for a while
