over where i can see your face
slide over here
over where i can find a trace
wind in my hair
makes me feel like i'm going somewhere
wind in my hair
dark comes again
just 'round the bend
covers your head
and it's real
of all thngs to say
i'm on my way
shake you all day
flies on the wall
rocks will fall down to block my way
flies on the wall
rocks will fall down to cancel my stay
The song "Rocks Will Fall" by Adam West is a love song, where the singer yearns for his beloved to come closer. The singer asks his love interest to slide over, to come closer where he can see her face and find a trace of her presence. The singer describes the feeling of wind in his hair, and how it makes him feel like he's going somewhere. The wind on his back, however, reminds him of the secret attacks that might come his way.
Later on, the singer acknowledges the darkness that comes at night, and how it covers everything around him. He talks about how everything is real, even as the rocks fall down to block his way, and the flies on the wall buzz around him. The singer is confident that he's on his way, and that his love has the power to shake him all day. The song speaks of love overcoming the obstacles that come in their way, and the hope that it inspires.
Overall, "Rocks Will Fall" is a song that speaks of love and the challenges that come with it. It talks about how love can be both empowering and vulnerable, and how it's important to stay resilient in the face of obstacles.
