You should also be taking a complete vitamin C such as amla Berry and vitamin D3. Using steam from distilled water with eucalyptus oil and colloidal silver is also very healing to the body. It will help you flush out congestion in your lungs and it is antiviral antibacterial and antifungal so it's a great combination to help you feel much better. Estuve pasando bajo mucho estrés casi un año por desempleo y ahora ya in mes laborando y créeme que me ha hecho ver muchas cosas ddemanera diferente...se que no es el momento y simplemente deje esa idea de lado. Como dices mi energía la estaba poniendo demasiado en eso.

I fell and hurt my hand baaad! I fell so hard my vision blurred, my ears were ringing. I live in America, where our healthcare is terrible. Luckily it’s things like this video and the community here that makes me hopeful we can do good things.
