They say we all different, what's that common ground?
Despite what makes us different as individuals, we all share the inevitability of death and the need to question our choices and beliefs.

If death is certain, then how you livin'?
The certainty of death makes us question how we are currently living our lives and what legacy we will leave behind.

And if heaven's real, tell me how you get it?
The possibility of an afterlife raises the question of what one must do to attain it and whether it is worth sacrificing present comforts for future rewards.

My faith is not based on performance or deeds, but on my trust in Christ, and I am willing to bet my life on it.

So I bet it all on Christ, boy lemme give you this work
I place all my faith and trust in Christ, and I am willing to share this truth with others through the work I do.

Way before the moment I croak, I already been in that hearse
I recognize that I am already spiritually dead and in need of redemption, having experienced the consequences of sin in my life.

I'm already dead, I'm living in reverse, the first'll be last and the last'll be first
By dying to my old self and prioritizing the needs of others, I am living in a counterintuitive manner that honors Christ's teachings on humility and service.

Following Jesus don't mean that there won't be pain
Being a Christian does not exempt me from experiencing difficulties or suffering, but it does offer hope and purpose despite these challenges.

But, um, it does promise that none of it is in vain
Although there may be temporary struggles, I believe that God works all things for the good of those who love Him and that my efforts are not wasted.

And, um, I'm not afraid of that persecution that came
I am willing to endure persecution and ridicule for my faith, as I believe that standing up for what I believe in is more important than the opinions of others.

I'm more afraid of the fame and people knowing my name
The potential dangers of fame and the temptation to value worldly success over spiritual significance are more concerning to me than facing persecution or hardships.

Take me alive, take me alive
I desire to live my life fully and with purpose, embracing challenges and opportunities for growth.

While I'm still here, take me alive
I want to make the most of my time on earth and live a life that reflects my values and beliefs.

Been riding low key, ya'll know me, Soli Deo glory be,
I have been living humbly, prioritizing God's glory over my own desires or ambition.

To the Father I can't lie though sometimes I want it all for me
Although I strive to honor God with my actions and words, I sometimes struggle with selfish desires and envy.

Gotta kill that, gotta kill it, don't conceal that but reveal it
I recognize the importance of acknowledging and addressing my sinful desires rather than hiding or denying them.

But I care what you think about me, the Father know it all and I'm still forgiven
While I may struggle with how others perceive me, I know that God knows my heart and I trust in His forgiveness and grace.

I must decrease 'cause the way up is down
In order to fully embrace Christ and follow His teachings, I must humble myself and prioritize serving others rather than my own desires or ego.

And His kingdom is out there, as crazy as that can sound
While the concept of a heavenly kingdom may seem unconventional or unlikely, I believe in the hope and promise of eternal life through Christ.

That's why blood is rushing to my head, dying's how I live
The intensity of my passion and conviction for Christ and His message is so strong and profound that it feels like my very life is at stake.

If you love your life, you'll lose it; if you lose it, then you'll gain it
Following Christ requires a willingness to let go of worldly attachments and live a life that honors Him, even if it comes at a personal cost or sacrifice.

Wisdom is justified by all the children
The true value and validity of wisdom can be seen in the impact it has on those who follow it and in the positive outcomes it produces.

God's worthy of my worship, so I'm defying my feelings
Even when I may not feel like worshipping or honoring God, I recognize His worthiness and commit to living a life that reflects my faith.

In my mess there's a message; in my test, testimony
Even in the midst of challenging circumstances or hardships, I believe that God can use my experiences to inspire and encourage others.

When facing difficult situations or setbacks, I trust in God's plan and believe that He is using these experiences to refine and strengthen my faith.

I cannot be more stocky do, love me some shoes, shoulda got me two
While I may enjoy material possessions or indulgences, I recognize that these things are not ultimately fulfilling or valuable in comparison to my relationship with God.

But I'm thinking about the boxes inside my room, and I think about the kids that don't got no food
I am aware of the blessings in my life and strive to use my resources and privilege to help those less fortunate and make a positive impact on the world.

Sometimes facing the truth and acknowledging one's shortcomings or sins can be painful or uncomfortable, but I recognize the importance of honesty and accountability in living a faithful life.

Heavy one on one, the dark and the bell with the sinner, every day we dyin'
As a flawed human being living in a broken world, I face daily struggles and temptations, but I trust in God's grace and forgiveness to guide me through these difficulties.
