Que Se Callen
Antonio Orozco Lyrics

The lyrics of Antonio Orozco's song Que Se Callen convey a message of defiance against criticism and objectification. The singer acknowledges that a single word has brought him to this point in his life, but also recognizes that fulfillment cannot be found in material possessions. The mention of money as something that can be damaging to the heart, along with the notion that losing one's life is more valuable than losing one's sense of self, reinforces the idea that the pursuit of money alone is not enough to bring happiness.
The singer seems to have experienced some mistreatment or hostility along the way, as he refers to a hidden man and a journey that was long and unnoticeable. Despite this, he remains motivated by the idea that he can find happiness by discovering what he has been missing. The chorus's refrain of "que se callen," or "let them be quiet," is a powerful statement against those who seek to judge or diminish his worth.
Overall, the lyrics of Que Se Callen paint a picture of someone who has overcome adversity and is ready to assert his identity with confidence and pride. The song's message is a timely one, as many people continue to face obstacles and discrimination based on their race, gender, or socioeconomic status.
