Im 53 years old. I was first introduced to this song when my father would play this every weekend. Later on in life, I learned it was from a movie called, "The Cowboys", starring John Wayne. My dad was a big John Wayne fan. Ever since hearing this as a little kid, I have come to regale in this song and remember those weekends so long ago...RIP Dad.

What about die winterisse and Mozart's requiem?

Didn't this man deserve better in life, for giving us something so beautiful?

For years and years and years I searched for this song. Now, I'm finding out through previous comments that I more than likely heard it on Sesame Street in the early 70s. It's been a decades long mystery and quest. I recently bought a keyboard, partially so I could try to remember the song enough to play it to Shazaam but it didn't work. Then, tonight, I started watching Life After Wartime on Criterion and there it was. I had to dig a little deeper but this is a great performance. Decades long mystery solved just about an hour ago. Thanks!

I grew up listening to this music, didn't know it was Vivaldi. Brings back childhood memories.
