@Giorgi Lazviashvili I’ve been a fan for 15 years. I will say, I wasn’t a Screamworks back then. But my feelings towards it have changed and I can appreciate it for what it is now. I like hearing Villes accent came out more in that album than in any of the others and the screams we got were good. I don’t think I appreciated it properly back then. TOT is still one I listen to, but I don’t have any of the songs memorized.

I love how Lauri's voice sounds like someone who is going through a lot of pain, and his voice is intense and angry, whereas Ville's voice is calm, like he's been through a lot of pain but in now so numb and calm and has accepted that he is suffering... it's like we are seeing and hearing someone's past self and present self at the same time, singing the same song, but with different emotions

That was always my take on the song. Ville has an amazing voice, the range he has if you listen to HIM . Lauri also has an amazing voice but Ville, something about his voice is consuming.

In 2004 I was 11 years old and didn't understand the lyrics but was hypnotized by their voices and the video.

The stark contrast between their voices is unbelievable yet they fit so well together! Such a beautiful and timeless song. HIM was my obsession as a teenager and I listen to the occasional Rasmus songs too, Ylönen has such a powerful and beautiful voice as does Ville Valo.

Oh this is so great after all these years! I was living in Germany late 90s and the amount of radio play and TV-shows with HIM and Rasmus was something mind blowing! At the same time Mika Häkkinen was kicking "Schumi´s ass" (all the best for him) it was a great time to be Finnish.

I've been a huge fan of HIM for as long as I can remember, and I've always loved the Rasmus, but for whatever reason I've gone however many years without even realising this song exists.

Their voices go nicely together, balancing out beautifully, and both of them bring something slightly different to the song. I think someone else mentioned how Ville sounds calm as if he's numb to the pain he's been through whereas Lauri sounds raw like he's still going through the pain, so it's like giving both the past and present to the song. I think that kind of gives it that something extra when it's thought of in that way.
