Their career began in mid 90s and since then they have performed in numerous clubs and venues all over Europe, North America and Africa. Their sound is diverse and charged with energy. They have released original tracks and remixes on 1605, Bosphorus Underground, Neurotraxx, IAMT, Minuatures, Human Garden, Audio Elite, Binary 404, Diva, M-Vitamine and many other labels. Their production has been supported by international top artists such as Richie Hawtin, Dubfire, Umek, Mark Knight, Paul Van Dyk, Spartaque, Ahmet Sendil, Koen Groeneveld, Andrea Roma, Cristian Varela, Dandi & Ugo, etc.

In 2008 JackRock received the award “Best South-Eastern European Producer” @ SeeMe, the largest forum for electronic music in South-East Europe.

In 2010 and 2011 Balthazar has been chosen for "Best Techno/Minimal DJ of the Year" @ AwardsBG, the official DJ poll of Bulgaria.

Back in 1999 Balthazar & JackRock started Renesanz - an agency for electronic dance music. During the last few years Renesanz have organized events with over 150 international artists and DJs. In 2010, Renesanz became also an independent record label, focusing on techno, minimal and tech-house.
