Making up superstitions and thinking of them as accurate omens.

Delusions of their minds
Their own false beliefs that they want to force on others by calling them the truth.

Claiming total wisdom
Thinking of themselves as all-knowing and wiser than others.

Knowledge from above
Claiming that they possess divine knowledge from above.

Ordained not from the Father
However, their knowledge is not coming from the real Father, who is God.

Ignorance of love
Being unable to understand the concept of love and hence not treating people with respect and compassion.

Woe to you o'teachers
Serious problems arising in the future for the religious leaders.

Instructors of the law
The people who are liable for giving religious education are those who are instructing the laws.

You who play religion
Just playing around with religion to impose their own opinions and beliefs.

Impelling men to fall
Trying to create circumstances that would make people fail in the long run.

Legalistic actions
Following strict discipline and the doctrine laid down by the people who have made the religion only for their benefit.

Neglecting man's distress
Those who have the responsibility of leading religion neglect the pain that people are facing.

Outer shells of virtue
Their image is to be that of a person who is virtuous, but only in principle.

Inner wickedness
However, they are quite immoral and unethical in their core personality.

You blind the eyes that seek to see
Making people blind so that they do not think for themselves and only follow what one is preaching.

Deceiving humanity
Telling fake stories and misleading people to keep them under their influence.

Denying God by deeds
Not following or listening to what God has said and going their own way.

Yet claiming intimacy
Claiming to have a close relationship with God and knowing Him well.

Drawing lambs to slaughter
Taking unsuspecting people and making them fall into a trap, where they might be at risk.

Victims of deceit
Having been deceived and harm caused to them through these religious leaders' teachings.

Unaware they follow
They do not understand the leader's ill intentions and follow blindly.

Minds becoming weak
Such people's minds are twisted over time, causing confusion and dependence on someone else's opinions instead of following rationality.

Vile hypocrisy
Being hypocritical, contradicting one's beliefs and actions.

Method of defense
The excuse employed to defend oneself.

For rejection of Christ
As they do not follow Christ, these people use hypocrisy to defend themselves.

Eternal consequence
The future price for such sinful behavior.

Heed the written warnings
Pay attention to any necessary advice given or a precautionary notice issued in writing.

Of deceptive lies
The physical or verbal misrepresentation or illusory impression of what is occurring.

Neglect deceitful guidance
Be wary of dishonest guidance or advice that could take you in the wrong direction.

Apostasy defy
Rebelling against or breaking away from apostasy or practicing the forsaking of one's religion.

There is nothing concealed
Everything in the universe is exposed and not invisible.

That won't be made known
The truth must inevitably emerge from the falsehood.

Separating honest and dishonest motives in people's hearts through a thorough search.

Judgment for what's shown
Being rewarded according to the behavior displayed in public.
